• Row 11 •
The largest shelter in New York City, the Dog Crate. Inside the Dog Crate, there is a specific row, Row 11 to be exact, that attempts to plot there way to freedom and destroy the human race somehow. This row has up to four crates stacked on top of each other, both sides of the isle. The length from beginning to end is about twenty-five yards, extremely long. However, the distance across in between the cages is only about two and a half yards. The paint on the walls is any ugly shade of lime-puke green, while the concrete floor offers no warmth, scractched up by the many passing by dogs. The kennels in this row aren't particularly attractive, a bit shabbier than any other row. But they are as strong as ever, the orange, rusting metal bars smelling of blood, fear, and hatred. Inside the crate there is a small black pan, the only option of going to the bathroom, making the isle smell even worse. No food or water are given, and dogs stay in here all day, either discussing or yelping their heads off.
